Faulty Goods - In the unlikely event that your goods arrive faulty or damaged, we will offer the option to replace, repair or refund. Please email our team Sales@confectionerymill.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Changed your mind? No problem! Customers placing orders by telephone, our website, email or our facebook page have the protection of our cancellation policy. We recognise that it is often difficult to be sure that you are purchasing the correct product when shopping online. We want our customers to be certain and this is why we offer a 48hr cancellation option. If within 48 hours you change your mind, simply email our team Sales@confectionerymill.co.uk Please note that in any event, we require notification at least 3 days prior to your scheduled dispatch date. Where we receive notification within 48 hours of the order being placed and at least 3 days prior to dispatch, we will offer a Credit Note for all pre paid orders. Please be aware that owing to the nature of our products (perishable goods) they are excluded from The Distance Selling Regulations in this regard, once the item is built and/or dispatched we are unable to accept your cancellation request. This option does not apply to corporate orders.

Delivery - .All deliveries are made using our own branded service vehicles or via our chosen courier. We aim to have all orders dispatched within 7 days, unless you have specified and we have agreed a nominated delivery date. We are unable to offer guaranteed delivery dates or times where we employ third party delivery agents.

Complaints & Compliments - We enjoy receiving positive feedback about our products or indeed the service we provide, equally, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service you have received then we want to know about this too.
